Stock Investments Pro’s and Con’s
Stocks are extremely liquid, making them subject to fluctuations on a daily basis. If you are going to be investing in stocks, one important thing that you have to consider is the ability of a certain company’s managers to run their business. If the management is doing a good job, earnings would increase and so would the stock prices.

However, if a company’s managers make poor decisions that impede the growth of the business, then the stock prices would be adversely affected as well. Stock prices are also subject to the general conditions of the stock market. If there is a downturn, you could end up losing a lot of money. However, one great advantage of stock investments is that share values increase in proportion to the prices and profits of an organisation during periods of inflation.
